Privacy Policy

Sutram ("we", "us") runs sutram.ca and the Sutram weekly letter. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your name and email address
• Your birth details: date, time and city of birth, with its coordinates and timezone
• Basic usage data, such as pages visited and email opens, only where you have allowed it

How we use it

• To send you the weekly letter and lessons you signed up for
• To prepare your birth chart so each letter can be read through it
• To answer you when you write to us, and to keep the service running and secure

We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to host the site, store data, send email, process payments and calculate charts. They only receive what they need to do that work.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove it, except where the law requires us to keep a record.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe any time with the link at the bottom of every email
• Ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to hello@sutram.ca
